vision of the program is to help students to reach their reading skills at its potentials.
The mission of the program is to help children become lifelong readers
and commitment on difference, fairness, and insertion of students. The program engage community volunteers to
provide one on one reading instructions to elementary students and helping
students succeed in school and life. The
program believes the power of educational fairness among students. They are committed to support the
development and lifelong literacy skills of students.
The program provides one on one tutoring programs for
students who are behind the reading level, allows partners to work in a safe
environment, be able to adjust and in small group tutoring. All activities aim on student literacy
skills. Reading power has developed a
proprietary, easy to use, structured curriculum to help students gain the
skills needed to become independent and successful readers. The curriculum provided instruction and practices
on literacy skills needed to push student-reading level to the next level. The
reading partner’s curriculum was align to the common core state standards and

provides resources for parents to help children become literal readers. The program encourages family member to read
to with their kids at home to prepare them in class. The program also provide
